Kristina has more than 18 years of public accounting experience. Among providing expert tax (partnership/corporation/non-profit/individual), accounting services (payroll/sales tax/monthly accounting services) and consulting (tax planning), she has demonstrated a niche in estate, trust and gift taxes. Numerous years of experience contribute to many other areas of expertise, including; real estate, construction, restaurant, agricultural, manufacturing, oil and gas operations and investment business compliance and tax preparation.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. She also holds her Personal Financial Specialist designation and is an active member of the Personal Financial Planning section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Women’s Estate Planning Council.
With dedication and expertise, she helped numerous Colorado small businesses charter the financial and compliance aspects of running a business.
Kristina volunteers with many local non-profit organizations benefiting children’s education in the Denver area. A recent graduate of Impact Denver 2015, a program offered by the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Kristina has gained an in-depth knowledge of the culture surrounding this wonderful city. Also a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts, she was a leader for three years prior to moving to the Denver area.
A 1997 graduate of Colorado State University – Pueblo, she obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting.
Married 19 years to husband, Michael, she has three children and enjoys spending time with her family. Long-time Colorado resident, she is passionate about community and the well-fare of the state.
